Exceptions: NSFW / Furry / Soft NSFW / Soft Gore is ok tooWON'T DO:
Realistic portrait or object/ Muscular person/ Mecha/ Extreme gore

✧ PAYMENTS

▻ The commission will not be sent to client until the agreed payment amount has been received. (50% or 100%).▻ In case the final price varies due to complexity of the character design or for commercial use, the difference in base price will be paid with the corresponding quotation.▻ If you are from Mexico, I can accept bank payments.
Please send me your send me your receipt/payment screenshot by email.▻ Commission declined in case the customer leaves more than 1 month the payment proposal form.

✧ REVISIONS

▻ The client may request a preview of the commission at any time during the creation process, but may not request changes to the commission after start of work.▻ You only have 3 free changes. (+ $5 USD / + $100 MXN per extra change).
Please make sure you are certain about your commission or design.▻ Always I show updates times:
Sketch process / lineart process / coloring process / render finished.Also, you can ask for updates whenever you want. I don't charge for showing updates.
If I am the responsible for the mistake I will change it, and not charge for it.

✧ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

▻ I try to complete the commissions in 1 - 2 weeks (5 days).
(In case of any problem it may take longer, maximum 1 month due to a very complicated/personal situation).▻ If something happens that can delay the commission, I’ll let you know. If the commission has to be done for a certain day, please let me know in the form.▻ Estimated delivery time may vary depending on customer response time or amount of adjustments.▻ Due to the artist's backlog/schedule, faster completion or deadlines, if you require faster completion or urgent delivery times for commissions (rush) only if you pay + 40% on the base price.Please understand that there might be commissions to do before yours. I work with different commissions at the same time.

✧ USE
1.- PERSONAL▻ Please credit me if you are using the art on social media.
(youtube, facebook, twitter, etc).▻ Commissions are for PERSONAL use only.
(no profit blogs, illustrations for covers are OK).▻ MERCHANDISHING is PROHIBITED.▻ If the commission is for commercial uses, email me to get a quotation.2.- COMMERCIAL▻ The drawing for commercial use would have a double or triple price.
(This depends from the scale of commercial use).▻ For commercial use commission, you can get my illustration without watermark (without the signature, however the right of the illustration remains mine).▻ You can profit with that illustration, making merchandising, using it for a giveaway, using it for advertising.▻ You can edit it (icons, banner, thumbnail, etc.) but no recoloring or say it's YOUR drawing please.✧ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS▻ You CAN'T use the art in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI, etc.▻ I've the right to refuse commissions.▻ I've the right to use artworks for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints, social media). If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, let me know in the form.

✧ REFUNDS▻ No return, no refunds.
Unless if for some reason I can’t do your commission anymore.
